1.1 Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from:

-- the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products

--the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last products in case of multiple products ordered by you in one order and delivered separately

--the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece in case of delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces

--the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good in the case of contracts for regular delivery of products during defined period of time.

For Orders beyond 14 days of no-reason cancellation period, if the orders have already been prepared for shipment or being shipped or have been delivered, should a manufacturing defect be identified that cannot be rectified by Harvey, a complete refund will be provided.Otherwise, orders beyond the 14-day period without reason will not be accepted for return.

1.2 Exercise of The Right of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation,you must inform us your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an e-mail) before the expiry of the cancellation period. You can use the attached model cancellation form.

Once we receive your statement of the cancellation, we will immediately send you a confirmation (e.g. via email) about the receipt of this cancellation.

1.3 Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract,we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery(except for additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your statement of cancellation. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We will withhold the reimbursement until we have received the products back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the products, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the products or hand them over to us or to a person authorized by us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us the cancellation of this contract. The deadline shall be met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the products that can be shipped via parcels as well as the direct costs for returning the products that cannot be shipped via parcels.

You must be liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature,characteristics and functioning of the products.

1.4 Exceptions from The Right of Cancellation

The cancellation right is not available for contracts as regards the following:

--the supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

--the supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,inseparably mixed with other items;

--giftcard

2.1 Eligibility of Return

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

If the original packaging is damaged or lost, return will, depending on the individual case, not be accepted or only accepted by deducting appropriate compensation from the amount to be returned for having used the product.

Certain products, such as perishable goods, customized items, and gift cards, are exempt from being returned unless they are defective.

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
